  • 超过退货时限或包装损坏的商品,将无法退货。
  • 特别提示:我们目前 不提供退款服务,仅支持换货。

换货政策

  • 新换商品的价格需 相同或更高
  • 请联系邮箱 service@shoptriple3.com 提交申请,并提供以下信息:
    1. 您的姓名和联系方式。
    2. 订单号或发票编号。
    3. 想要更换的商品信息。

产品质量保证

  • 所有商品在发货前均经过严格质量检查。

  • 请在邮件中提供 商品问题的清晰照片 和您的详细联系方式。

运输损坏或生产缺陷

  • 退回商品要求
    1. 必须保持 未使用 状态,并以 原包装 完整退回。
    2. 请妥善包装退货商品,避免在运输过程中出现进一步损坏。
  • 费用和风险
    • 退换货的运费需由您承担。
    • 在我们收到商品之前,运输风险由客户承担

TripleTriple的保留权利

  • 对于未满足退货条件的商品,TripleTriple保留拒绝的权利。
  • 因运输损坏导致的商品问题不在此限制内。

TripleTriple Returns and Exchange Policy

Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing TripleTriple.We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you have any questions or concerns about an item you have received, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item without worrying about the reason.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in unused condition,  returned in their original packaging and intact.
  • Items returned after the return time limit or in damaged packaging cannot be returned.
  • Special Note: We currently DO NOT OFFER REFUND,  only exchanges.

Exchange Policy

  • New exchanges must be the same or higher in price.
  • Please contact service@shoptriple3.com to submit a request and provide the following information:
    1. Your name and contact information.
    2. Order number or invoice number.
    3. Information about the item you wish to exchange.

Product Quality Guarantee

  • All products are carefully inspected before delivery.
  • If there is any problem with the product you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product by email: service@shoptriple3.com
  • Please provide us with a clear photo of the problem and your contact details in the email.

Shipping Damage or Manufacturing Defects

  • We will support you if the item is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Returning an item request:
    • Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
    • Please pack the returned item appropriately to avoid further damage in transit.
  • Cost and Risk:
    • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are your responsibility.
    • Shipping is at the customer’s risk until we receive the item.

TripleTriple’s Reservation Rights

  • TripleTriple reserves the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet the return conditions.
  • Issues with merchandise due to shipping damage are excluded from this restriction.
